  • zoom assessment in order assess proper actions to ACHIEVE Goals

  • A personalized workout plan is sent to email with detail instructions and A full meal plan

  • Training program includes:

  1. comprehensive detailed plan that progressively change weekly and monthly 

  2.   Circuit training that cuts down the time spent in the gym to maximize the efficiency of each workout

  3. Weekly check in’s via zoom or phone call

  4.  Grocery list 

  5.   meal plan adjustment
